Our general conditions

Additional costs such as road toll, parking and other unforeseen costs are paid by the customer
A reservation is only definitive when it has been confirmed by us for approval
A reservation that is not canceled in time min.24h before departure time will be fully charged to the customer
Waiting times are charged at 35euro / u
We are not responsible if in case of force majeure an aircraft and / or train is missed
The fixed rates are valid for reservations of 24 hours or more before departure time. If you book less than 24 hours before departure time, the price may vary, this also applies to long-distance journeys of at least 60 km
In case of delay of arrival of train or plane, the waiting time is charged
For invoices an additional charge of 10 euros is charged and these must be applied for in advance
It is forbidden to smoke, drink or eat in the car
We are not responsible for abandoned items
it is forbidden to foul the vehicle, if this does happen a surcharge of € 200 is charged
it is forbidden to damage the vehicle.
